Getting the "High End" Home Staging Jobs in 5 Easy Steps

When I initial began staging, I was an active true estate investor, so my initially client was me! I really did not know what I was undertaking, but I knew that I had to fill my houses for the most amount of capital in the shortest amount of time, and I thought the most beneficial way to do that was by generating my house look improved than any other similar houses.

My region of expertise was investor properties, what I refer to as "Bread and Butter" properties. They usually have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2 automobile garage but this can vary slightly. Commonly these are terrific properties that use multiple exit tactics, are a tiny much less than great but usually appeal to those starting out (and oftentimes, beginning out…again!).

I had about a 2 hour ride residence and through that time, when I pulled up my significant girl panties and decided I required to clear my head, I began to assume why it didn't work…it always had in the past. That is when I had my "A-Ha" moment. It did not work considering I deviated from my verified APSD 6 step Property Staging Pyramid.
